IMS – Information Management System

This project would capture the personal and professional details of an employee. Access restrictions apply, only selected group of users would be able to create/modify the employee details.

RITS – Resource Information Tracking System

This project acts as a conduit in Job process. Employee(s) interested in responding to the jobs would click on the posting link to initiate the process. The link will prompt the employee to upload his/her resume to the client The uploaded resume would be stored using a pre-determined format. The uploaded resume would then have to be approved by the HR/Marketing team before sending to the client.

CCIS – Clients and Contract Information System

This project will facilitate to capture clients and contracts information . Upon selection of the employee, a formal term of agreement would be agreed upon between Attic and the client. The purpose of this module would be to create/maintain those details. Details stored here would be used to drive the time sheet activity as well as invoicing

TIMS – Time Sheet Information Management System

This project will facilitate to employees involved in the contract to fill in the timesheets from the day defined on the contract . Invoices would be generated based on the time sheet entries of active employees . Time sheets have to be approved, to generate invoices. Time entered is classified as billable and Non-Billable
