Our Employees

In looking at potential partnering with our clients, it is important to stress the quality of our staff and the processes Attic Technologies has in place to maintain that quality. Our Attic Technologies professionals are highly skilled and experienced developers, systems analysts, software and network engineers, and trainers. Attic Technologies has developed a high level of expertise by specializing in client/server technologies. Our staff is experienced in client/server development, mainframe development, LAN administration, telecommunications support, data base administration, professional training, systems software services, and management consulting.

Employement Practices

The following personnel practices are currently in effect at Attic Technologies and may be of interest to our partners and clients.

The Key to success in the rapidly growing IT industry is constant skill enhancement. ATTIC Technologies invests heavily in it's people to continually update their skills.
A majority of our employees are full-time salaried employees of Attic Technologies who are eligible for participation in varied benefit programs.
Members of the technical staff are assessed in both technical and communication skills prior to joining Attic Technologies.
New employees have a complete background investigation performed on them prior to their start date at the client (includes education/employment history, financial history, and driving record).
If requested by the client we can perform drug testing on all employees prior to their start date at the client site.
Performance evaluations are conducted at least once a year for employees; however, performance is continually monitored by Attic Technologies management and reviewed at the end of each assignment.
In accepting employment with Attic Technologies, employees acknowledge and agree that any confidential or proprietary information, of Attic Technologies or it’s clients, received in the course of employment wil not be disclosed to unauthorized persons either during or after employment with Attic Technologies.

In the interest of successful client relations, Attic Technologies ensures that our staff is aware of the clients policies and practices from time to time.
